Fedor's MMA/Sambo Instructional Video

http://www.megaupload.com/es/?d=YAKHRQY0

It's an MP4, so for best results, play it with MP4 player, you can even play it on your SONY PSP!Make sure you turn Subtitles on, because I'm not sure how many of you are fluent in Russian.

The DVD is just footage of one of his seminars, so the moves are not as well broken down and repeated as one might hope it to be, but as to be expected from the fighter many consider to be the best fighter of all time, Fedor still does a great job of explaining the techniques.

Rather than a laundry list of submission techniques done step by step, Fedor takes each move and shows everyone the subtle actions he takes to make sure that they work, which makes the video worth watching, despite the fact that everyone has probably already seen and done the same moves a million times over already.

After a quick skim through the video, here's some of the things he covers:
-Basic Boxing and Evasion
-Single and Double Leg off the Jab
-Basic Takedowns from the Clinch
-Mount Escapes
-Kimura, Americana, and Armbars
-Kicks
-Arm Triangle
-Guilliotine
-Triangle
-Sweeps
-Heelhooks and Kneebars
-Ground and Pound Tips
+Much More

As I said, the techniques are sometimes hard to follow for beginners, so if you have any problems or questions, shoot me a message/email/comment with the question, the time on the video, and any other specifics, and I'll do my best to help out.

Download it on your MP4 player or PSP now!
